ORDER TRACKING

After placing an order on UKhealthbeauty.co.uk, you will receive an email containing all the order details. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is confirmed, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

You are able to see the status of your order on the ‘Purchase history’ page:

- Pending: Your order has been received and it is being prepared.

- Dispatched: Your order has been processed and ready to dispatch.

- Shipped: Your package has been handed to the post or courier for delivery to you at your chosen address.

Depending on your location and chosen shipping method, delivery takes 1-7 business days in the UK after it's dispatched.

You might receive an email with the tracking information once your parcel has been dispatched and it is being shipped as tracked or signed delivery.
