 WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING?

Here at Uk Health & Beauty ensuring the safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we are taking all the necessary precautions in terms of keeping safe. Our inventory is stored in a clean and safe environment and we do well to remember all health and safety guidelines provided by the government. We do recommend that you sanitise any orders you may receive as an extra precaution.

DO YOU HAVE A SOCIAL DISTANCED DELIVERY PROCESS?

HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register, go to the top right corner on the page and you will see “login/register”; click register then fill in your details to create an account. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your account has been successfully registered.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CANNOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password just click on “forgot password?” which is located next to the sign in button when logging in. Then fill in your email address, once that is done you should receive an email that provides you with a link. When you click on the link you will need to create a new password and confirm that new password, click continue when you’re done.

CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY DETAILS LATER ON?

Of course; when you are logged in all you need to do is go to “personal data” under the “my account” section, and you can alter the details there. Once you are done click save you keep those changes.

CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, when you login and you go to “my account”, click on “personal data”. Next to your details on the right side of the page you will see 3 options, click on “delete my account” and it will be instantly deleted.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Making a purchase is an easy process. When you see a product you would like to purchase, click on the “add to bag” button. Your chosen product will appear in your shopping trolley at the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the shopping trolley to see its contents at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select “Secure Checkout” from the bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I WANT TO ORDER A PRODUCT BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK? HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ITEM TO BE RESTOCKED?

You will not be able to process the order if the item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, then we will receive a notification by email. Due to the launch of our website, there is a possibility we could experience issues with stocking items; therefore, we thank you in advance for your understanding.

HOW DO I SEND THE ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? *HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days of “cooling-off period” as of the date you receive your order to return any items.
You need to post the item at your own cost.

We recommend you keep proof of postage, just in case we have any issues locating the returned item. Feel free to use any third-party discounted shipping such as: www.parcel2go.com, www.parcelhero.com, www.packlink.com.

Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence to prove you have returned the goods.
