COVID-19:

 WHAT PRECAUTIONS ARE YOU TAKING?

Here at Uk Health & Beauty ensuring the safety of our employees and customers is of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we are taking all the necessary precautions in terms of keeping safe. Our inventory is stored in a clean and safe environment and we do well to remember all health and safety guidelines provided by the government. We do recommend that you sanitise any orders you may receive as an extra precaution.

DO YOU HAVE A SOCIAL DISTANCED DELIVERY PROCESS?

The Uk having left the EU on the 1^st January 2021 may have left some people unsure as to how it may affect you individually. We would like to assure you that it would not affect your online experience on the website; things will function as usual, but if for any reason there are any changes to this, we will be sure to keep all customers up to date.

ACCOUNT:

HOW DO I REGISTER?

To register, go to the top right corner on the page and you will see “login/register”; click register then fill in your details to create an account. You will receive a confirmation email to let you know your account has been successfully registered.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CANNOT REMEMBER MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password just click on “forgot password?” which is located next to the sign in button when logging in. Then fill in your email address, once that is done you should receive an email that provides you with a link. When you click on the link you will need to create a new password and confirm that new password, click continue when you’re done.

CAN I CHANGE OR EDIT MY DETAILS LATER ON?

Of course; when you are logged in all you need to do is go to “personal data” under the “my account” section, and you can alter the details there. Once you are done click save you keep those changes.

CAN I DELETE MY ACCOUNT?

Yes, when you login and you go to “my account”, click on “personal data”. Next to your details on the right side of the page you will see 3 options, click on “delete my account” and it will be instantly deleted.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Making a purchase is an easy process. When you see a product you would like to purchase, click on the “add to bag” button. Your chosen product will appear in your shopping trolley at the top right of the screen; as you continue to shop or browse the site you can click on the shopping trolley to see its contents at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select “Secure Checkout” from the bag and follow the straightforward prompts to complete our one-step checkout process. WHAT CAN I DO WHEN I WANT TO ORDER A PRODUCT BUT IT IS OUT OF STOCK? HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN ITEM TO BE RESTOCKED?

You will not be able to process the order if the item is out of stock. If an item is out of stock, then we will receive a notification by email. Due to the launch of our website, there is a possibility we could experience issues with stocking items; therefore, we thank you in advance for your understanding.

HOW DO I SEND THE ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? *HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER IS ON THE WAY?

WHAT CARDS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, Amex, MasterCard cards. We also accept PayPal, WeChat and Alipay payment methods.

We don't accept cheques or any cash deposits.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can see the status of your order online at any time by logging into your account and then clicking on “Purchase History”. You will need to login with the email address and the password that you entered when checking out your order.

You will also be notified if your order has been shipped by the email address you used during registration.

WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

We will treat all your personal information as confidential and will only use it in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you shop on Ukhealthbeauty.co.uk, we will ask you to input personal details in order for us to identify you, such as: your name; e-mail address; billing address; delivery address; debit card; credit card; PayPal or other payment information. We confirm that this information will be held by us in accordance with the registration we have with the Data Commissioner's office.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

You have 14 days of “cooling-off period” as of the date you receive your order to return any items.
You need to post the item at your own cost.

We recommend you keep proof of postage, just in case we have any issues locating the returned item. Feel free to use any third-party discounted shipping such as: www.parcel2go.com, www.parcelhero.com, www.packlink.com.

Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence to prove you have returned the goods.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

• We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and send back the one you don’t want.
• The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it’s best to protect them from damage and wear.
• We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.
• All items are inspected when we get them back.

Exceptions:

The following items cannot be returned under any conditions:

·        Self-Care, Fragrances & Body Products 

·        Items previously opened and used or in an unsellable condition due to packaging damage, seal damage, etc.
