We hope you are satisfied with your purchase, however, if you decide to return the product, you can return unwanted items.

14 DAYS OF RETURN PERIOD

You have 14 days of “cooling-off period” as of the date you receive your order to return any items.
You need to post the item at your own cost, simply return it back to us in its original condition with your order confirmation letter found in your order, within 14 days, and we will be happy to give you a full refund of the item reduced by the shipping costs for the delivery to you.

We recommend you keep proof of postage, just in case we have any issues locating the returned item. Feel free to use any third-party discounted shipping such as www.parcel2go.com, www.parcelhero.com, www.packlink.com.

Proof of postage should be sufficient evidence to prove you have returned the goods.

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

·        We don’t offer exchanges. You can, however, order the item again and send back the one you don’t want.

·        The items you return are your responsibility until we get them back, so it is best to protect them from damage and wear.

·        We refund items at the price you bought them – this includes sale items.

·        All items are inspected when we get them back.

PRODUCTS MUST:

Be unused and in their original condition (including all packaging and tags intact)

Have proof of purchase such as order confirmation

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned under any conditions:

·         Face Masks

·         Self-Care, Fragrances & Body Products

·         Items previously opened and used or in an unsellable condition due to packaging damage, seal damage, etc.

NO SHIPPING COSTS

You don't have to pay shipping costs for the exceptions below:

·         You've received an incorrect product.

·         The product has been delivered damaged.

·         The product has passed the expiration date.
